When can I visit the museum?
Our museum is open to visitors throughout the year. We welcome you from 11AM to 6PM, Monday to Saturday.  Feel free to explore our captivating exhibits, immerse yourself in the wonders of Amrapali, and indulge in a truly enriching experience.

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
To ensure a seamless visit, we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance through our online ticketing system. This will guarantee your entry and allow you to skip the lines, especially during peak times. However, we do have a limited number of tickets available for purchase at the museum on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

How much does a ticket cost?
The cost per ticket is INR 300 (approximately USD 10). The entrance ticket includes a free audio tour guide.

Can we get a discount on the museum ticket?
Yes, we offer discounted rates with valid proof of ID:
Students – 20% discount
Army Personnel – 20% discount
Children below 12 years – Free entry

What does my Museum ticket include?
The Museum ticket includes:
Single entry access to the museum
A 45-minute audio tour guide in English and Hindi to help you make the most of your visit

Is the ticket refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, the date can be changed if prior notice is given to our team.

How can I purchase Museum merchandise?
The items displayed in the museum are not for sale.
Similar merchandise can be purchased from our Museum Shop, located one level above the museum.
Our museum catalog is available for purchase at the ticket counter or online through the provided link.

Can we click pictures inside the museum?
Photography and videography inside the museum are not permitted.

I would like to know how much an artifact is worth. Can the Museum provide appraisals?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cater to appraisal or valuation requests for artifacts.
